What Specific Services does JPC offer?

We can provide anything from Coordinating Vendor Communication for the day of your event to Creating and managing timelines and helping bring your creative vision to life with decor and details, and much more!!

Can you create a package specifically for my needs if I do not require everything in a premade one?

Absolutely! Everyone's day is different and you don't always need every service from JPC. We are able to have a quick chat over the phone or email and create a package for you!

If my Venue has a Coordinator will I need your services too?

I will always recommend my services to be necessary as I function FOR YOU from hire to event! While there are some venue coordinators who will be able to assist with certain things on the day of, usually their first concern is the function of the Venue.  I am here to do whatever is needed from start to finish so that your day is exactly how you envisioned. Having the comfort of knowing JPC is part of your event is something I wholeheartedly support! 

If I want to add on services through the process of working with JPC am I able to do so?

This would be another ABSOLUTELY! If there is something I am ab le to provide for you and you feel it would be better to add on to the original package, just let me know and we can discuss the changes that would take place!

I need a Coordinator who will have great communication at least a month out from my event, are you able to provide this?

As far as communication is concerned, all of my packages include UNLIMITED communication through email, phone, or text from hire to event. The more I know through the process, the better coordinator I can be for you!

Will there be any future charges that I would need to be aware of outside of the original package pricing?

I always do my best to make sure my packages are the most inclusive when I chat with you to find out what you would be needing from me. Unless there is an unexpected expense that may arise, JPC will always do their best to discuss ahead of time so that everyone is aware and compliant with the charges. Otherwise JPC sets out to include as much as possible to make your day memorable without any future expenses moving forward!
